Steven James Rose
Steven is a dedicated and experienced professional with over three decades in the construction industry.
He has worked for Auckland City Council and has comprehensive knowledge of building regulations and inspections processes. He is a leader and has overseen many successful property development projects from inception to completion.
He now heads Awesome Civil and Construction Limited and is helping property developers overcome problems with Auckland City Council and Water Care.

Guanghua (Gary) Liang
Gary is an experienced property developer and funder. He has helped fund multiple property development projects especially those that have gotten into difficulties with second tier lenders with very restrictive loan terms and time to complete.
Gary brings with him an extensive network of experienced funders who support projects. He has a passion of helping people overcome problems when they feel there are no other solutions. He has extensive expertise in one of the most critical areas of a property development project.

Michael Prasad is a Specialist Chartered Accountant with over 25 years’ experience. He has extensive experience and expertise in financial management, governance, strategy development and risk management.
He is widely known for his contribution to the accounting profession in New Zealand through the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants and Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and advices on structure, strategy structure, strategy execution and tax matters and brings a wealth of experience to the team including help develop membership organisations.

Nick is a key figure in the setup of Property Development Solutions. He has extensive experience in project management and is capable of building relationships between funders and developers to launch projects flawlessly and deliver projects that satisfy property developers and buyers.
He is a problem solver and works tirelessly to ensure that projects are completed successfully and when faced with the unknown, Nick has the ability to focus on the outcome to get things back on track effectively. His extensive background includes designing and facilitating developer training programs that equipped industry professionals with technical and regulatory knowledge during his tenure with Manukau Building Consultants.As the founding franchisee of Genesis Homes and a former advisor, he combines hands-on building expertise with strategic vision bringing valuable commercial acumen, deep local government knowledge, and practical problem-solving skills to every project.

Linda provides administrative support to the Directors and Advisory Board and is the key liaison person for members.

Dan Oliver - BSc(Hons), PGDipMS, MBA
Dan Oliver is a senior commercial leader with nearly two decades of experience across New Zealand and the UK residential construction sectors. As Head of Commercial & Strategy at Hero International - one of New Zealand’s largest privately owned building and development companies - Dan has overseen the securing and delivery of over $170 million in construction contracts, including complex joint venture developments in highly challenging market conditions.
Previously a senior leader within New Zealand’s largest residential builder, Dan was instrumental in the delivery of hundreds of homes and played a key role in strategic planning and performance improvement initiatives across the country.
His expertise spans construction, development, supply chain management, and commercial consultancy, with specialist knowledge in volume building, contract negotiation, and cost planning.Dan holds an MBA and a Postgraduate Diploma in Management Studies, equipping him with strong leadership and strategic capability.
He is also the founder of Olive Homes, a boutique residential development consultancy.
